A. Yes. Place a separate order for each boy, each with his own details. Orders shipping to different addresses must be separate orders.

A. Production takes 5-7 business days, then it ships by UPS Ground with tracking.

SHOP POLICIES
Every gift is made to order, and we take the time to make each one right. Pre-designed orders of up to four gift boxes are ready to ship in 5–7 business days, and pre-designed orders of five or more gift boxes take 7–10 business days. Fully custom orders take 10 days to two weeks, and sometimes longer, depending on how quickly design details are approved. Processing time does not include shipping: UPS Ground delivers in about 2 days to the East Coast, 3–4 days to the Midwest, and 5–7 days to the West Coast.
Once personalized, the full gift box is final sale — this includes every item inside, whether that item itself is personalized or not.
Need to correct a shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll update it. The corrected address must be in the same shipping zone as the original, because shipping costs depend on the destination — for example, an order going to Georgia can't be changed to an address in California. After that window, the address cannot be changed, so please double-check the address before you order.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received until the claim is complete — carriers require photographs for claims processing, so please do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods.
Damage claims require 7 photos: 2 of the shipping box exterior, 2 of the shipping box interior, and 3 of the actual damaged product from different angles. Once claim requirements are met, we replace the item with the exact same item. We do not offer refunds or discounts for damaged items.
All shipments are insured up to the full value of your payment through ParcelGuard. We ship via UPS Ground.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mailroom or front desk first — carriers often scan early or leave packages in a safe spot. Once tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, the order is considered received, and we cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address, your tracking will show where it was left. If that location is a real address, please retrieve it from there.
If a package is genuinely lost in transit and the carrier confirms it missing, contact us so we can file a ParcelGuard claim on your behalf. Claims require a final determination from the carrier, so resolution can take some time. Once the claim is approved, we will replace your gift box.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is no gift message included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included in your gift box.
