Return & Refund Policy

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Because all our products are custom made and personalized just for your gift needs, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us no later than 3 days of receipt of your items.  

Damaged items will be replaced. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, to get a damage replacement, please send in a picture of the damaged shipping box, two photos of the damaged item itself from two different angles email them to us at info@nimagifts.com together with your order number.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our Return Policy.

There are NO Exchanges as all items are custom made.

We do not sell to the European Union

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, however, we will make sure your order is right and will gladly replace damaged items in accordance with the policy above.
