Custom-Made Orders

Because each product we create is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging and damaged goods as received — carriers may require photos and original packaging for claims.

Shipping Addresses

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

  • If you need to update an address, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Many orders ship the same day, so changes cannot be guaranteed after this time.
  • Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we cannot redirect or update the delivery address.

Damaged Items

If your item was damaged in transit, please send us photos of:

  • The packaging (inside and outside)
  • The damaged item itself

We will replace it with the exact same item once claim requirements are met.
Please note: we do not offer refunds or discounts for damaged items.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Orders

We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered during transit.

  • All shipments are insured up to $100 by USPS or UPS.
  • Orders over $100 are covered by ParcelGuard insurance.

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier listed in your Item Shipped email (USPS, UPS, or ParcelGuard instruction are below).

Greeting Cards

If a gift message is not included in your order, a greeting card will be just blank.

Product Variations

At NIMA Gifts, we partner with trusted vendors who provide outstanding products. Some items may vary slightly from the photos (colors, brands, etc.), but we always provide premium, high-quality products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellations

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday cannot be canceled.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
