NIMA Gifts Terms of Service
This website is operated by NIMA Gifts, a gift studio in Suwanee, Georgia. Throughout the site, "we," "us" and "our" refer to NIMA Gifts. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.
Made-to-Order Products
- Every gift box is made to order and personalized, so all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Please check the spelling of every name and message before placing your order. We personalize exactly what is entered.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations
- Orders placed Monday through Friday cannot be canceled.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Shipping Addresses
You may correct your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as the new address is in the same shipping zone as the original. Once a package is with the carrier, it cannot be redirected.
Gift Messages
If no gift message is entered at checkout, the greeting card in your box will be blank.
Add-On Items
Items labeled as add-ons ship only with a NIMA gift box. Add-ons ordered without a gift box will be canceled and refunded.
Product Variations
We partner with trusted vendors and small handmade makers. Some items may vary slightly from photos in color or brand, but we always use premium, high-quality products.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- You agree not to use this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- We may update these terms by posting changes on this site. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
