NIMA Gifts is a mother-daughter gift studio in Suwanee, Georgia, that designs, personalizes and handcrafts luxury gift boxes for bridal parties, weddings, birthdays, holidays and life's most meaningful moments, shipped ready to give anywhere in the United States.

NIMA Gifts at a Glance

We hand mix our own bath salts and sugar scrubs, and our candles, soaps and bath bombs come from small handmade makers.

About NIMA Gifts
Who owns NIMA Gifts?
NIMA Gifts is owned and run by Marina and her daughter Nicole, a mother-daughter team who create every collection side by side. Marina leads design and Nicole helps bring each piece to life, and the name NIMA joins their two names. You can read their story on our About page.

NIMA Gifts is based in Suwanee, Georgia, in the Atlanta area. Every box is designed, personalized and finished by hand in our Georgia studio, and we ship to customers across the United States.
Is NIMA Gifts a trustworthy place to order personalized gifts?

Are NIMA gift boxes handmade?
Yes. Every NIMA gift box is made to order and personalized by hand in our Suwanee, Georgia studio, and no two finished boxes are exactly alike. Marina designs all of our packaging and box artwork. We redesign many of the products we source: we hand make necklaces from sourced materials, add our own closures to earrings, bracelets and necklaces, and design, laser cut and hand paint finishing pieces such as our hearts. We also hand mix our bath salts and sugar scrubs, and our candles, soaps and bath bombs come from small handmade makers. Base items such as tumblers are sourced from trusted suppliers, then personalized in our studio.
What makes NIMA Gifts different from other gift box companies?
NIMA Gifts doesn't fill boxes with ready-made products. Every box is personalized by hand, and many of the pieces inside are reworked or made in our studio: necklaces we hand make from sourced materials, jewelry we finish with our own closures, and details such as hearts that we design, laser cut and paint ourselves. The result is a gift where no two boxes are exactly alike, designed by a former creative director and made by a mother-daughter team.

Ordering and Personalization
How do I order a personalized gift box from NIMA Gifts?
Choose your box, enter the personalization (names and any wording) in the fields on the product page, add your gift message, confirm the shipping address, and place your order. NIMA Gifts makes every box to order from those details, so please double-check spelling before you check out.
How are NIMA gift boxes personalized?
NIMA Gifts personalizes names and wording with commercial-grade vinyl lettering, applied by hand in our studio. Engraving is available on select tumblers and is noted on those product pages. Each listing shows exactly which pieces in the box are personalized.
Can I personalize each gift box with a different name?
Yes. Every NIMA gift box is made to order, so each box in your order can carry a different name. This is how most brides order bridesmaid proposal boxes, one for each woman in the bridal party.
Can NIMA Gifts design a fully custom gift box?
Yes. Along with our pre-designed boxes, NIMA Gifts creates fully custom gift boxes around your colors, wording and story, for bridesmaids, maids of honor, weddings, events and corporate gifting. Start with our custom order request and we'll take it from there.
Can NIMA Gifts ship a gift directly to the recipient with a message?
Yes. NIMA Gifts can ship your box straight to the person you're celebrating, with your message printed on a greeting card at no extra cost. Add your message at checkout. If no message is entered, the card is included blank.
Does NIMA Gifts take bulk or corporate gift orders?
Yes. NIMA Gifts makes personalized gift boxes for teams, employees, clients and events, with each box personalized by name. Pre-designed orders of five or more boxes take 7–10 business days to make, so we recommend ordering early. Each order ships to one address. For branded or fully custom corporate boxes, use our custom order request.
Timing and Shipping
How long does it take NIMA Gifts to make my order?
Every NIMA gift box is made to order. Pre-designed orders of up to four boxes are ready to ship in 5–7 business days, and pre-designed orders of five or more boxes take 7–10 business days. Fully custom orders take 10 days to two weeks, and sometimes longer, since the timeline depends on how quickly design details are approved.
How long does shipping take from NIMA Gifts?
NIMA Gifts ships from Georgia by UPS Ground. Once your box ships, delivery takes about 2 days to the East Coast, 3–4 days to the middle of the country and 5–7 days to the West Coast. You'll receive a tracking number by email when it ships.
How far ahead should I order bridesmaid proposal boxes?
For pre-designed bridesmaid proposal boxes from NIMA Gifts, order at least four weeks before you plan to ask. For fully custom proposal boxes, reach out six weeks ahead. That leaves time for production, shipping and any questions about your personalization. See our bridesmaid proposal boxes.
When is the last day to order personalized Christmas gifts from NIMA Gifts?
Order by December 11 to receive NIMA Gifts Christmas boxes in time for Christmas. For orders of five or more boxes, please order by December 4. Shipping is included on every Christmas gift box. See our personalized Christmas gift boxes.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is included in the price of every NIMA Gifts Christmas gift box and every add-on. For other items, UPS Ground shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Can I send gift boxes to several different addresses?
Yes. Place a separate order for each address. That way every recipient gets their own tracking number and you can follow each package on its way.
Does NIMA Gifts ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. NIMA Gifts ships within the United States only.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
Yes, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and the new address is in the same shipping zone as the original, since shipping rates differ by destination. Many orders ship quickly, and once a box is with UPS we can no longer change where it goes, so please double-check the address before you order.
Policies and Care
Can I return or exchange a personalized gift box?
Because every NIMA gift box is made to order and personalized, all sales are final, including every item in the box. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday can be canceled within 2 hours of ordering; weekday orders go into production right away and cannot be canceled. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll make it right as described below.
What if my gift box arrives damaged?
NIMA Gifts replaces boxes damaged in shipping. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nimagifts.com with your order number and seven photos: two of the outside of the shipping box, two of the inside of the shipping box, and three of the damaged item from different angles. Once we receive them, we'll make and send a replacement.
What if my package is lost or tracking shows delivered but I can't find it?
Every NIMA Gifts order is insured for its full value through ParcelGuard. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your box, please check with your household, neighbors and mailroom first. Once tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, the order is considered received. If tracking shows it was delivered to a different address, the tracking details will show where it went. If UPS confirms a package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll file a ParcelGuard claim; once the claim is approved, we'll send a replacement. Claims depend on the carrier's final determination, so they can take some time.
How do I care for a personalized tumbler?
Hand wash only. Personalized tumblers from NIMA Gifts are finished in commercial-grade vinyl, so please don't put them in the microwave or dishwasher, and don't scrub the lettering.
