Question: What is your processing time?
Answer: All orders are processed in 5–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email with more details.

Question: What is The Shipping Time and How long does it take to get my package?
Answer: Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground. The length of time it takes to get to your destination is dependent on "Normal Shipping Conditions" and the distance from Atlanta to your destination. For example, a package to California might take 5 to 7 days to get there, and a package to New York can take only one of two days.

"Normal Shipping Conditions" means that there is no storms preventing planes from flying, our government is working and there are air traffic controllers coordinating flights, there are no earthquakes, wars, hurricanes or tornadoes, destruction, strikes, or civil unrest in your area, just to name a few major things that can or will prevent UPS from making on time deliveries. Once your gift is in the hands of UPS, we have no control of the package.

Question: Are Your Gift Boxes Personalized?
Answer: Yes! Every box is personalized—whether with gold lettering or our signature NIMA designs.

Question: Can I Ship Directly to My Recipient?
Answer: Absolutely. We offer direct shipping with a gift note included at no extra cost.

Question: What if I Need Several Packages Sent to Different Addresses?
Answer: You will need to make a separate purchase for each address you are shipping to.
This way each address will receive a tracking number, and you will be able to see where your packages are in the shipping process at all times.

Question: What if My Tracking Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Get My Package?
Answer: Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft. Contact your local police department if you feel your package has been stolen.

Question: Can I Change Shipping Address After Purchase?
Answer: Yes, you can change the address after the purchase if you let us know within 2 hours of placing the order. Depending on the volume of orders, we sometimes ship packages the same day. As soon as the box is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we cannot do anything about it. Please double check the recipient's address before placing your order!

Question: Do You Ship to Canada or EU Countries?
Answer: At this time, due to the issues with deliveries, we are NOT shipping outside of the United States.

Question: Who Set's Your Delivery Dates?
Answer: Estimated delivery date is provided to you by USPS based on our production specifications, and we do not have control over USPS. If your order is delayed and we have shipped it on time, we are not responsible for delay. You need to contact USPS with your tracking number if there is an issue with delivery.
