Processing Time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please check individual product pages for processing times.
Important Shipping & Delivery Information
- We are 100% responsible for shipping your order on time according to our current shipping policies.
- We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays once packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may vary. If your order is delayed but was shipped on time, please contact USPS/UPS directly with your tracking number.
Multiple Packages & Addresses
If you need several packages shipped to different addresses, you will need to place a separate purchase for each address.
This ensures that each recipient receives their own tracking number, and you can track each package individually.
Tracking Shows “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It?
- Package theft is unfortunately on the rise. Please track your order closely.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local police department.
Changing Shipping Address After Purchase
- You may request an address change within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Because many orders ship the same day, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.
- Once the box has been handed to USPS or UPS, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.
- Please double-check the recipient’s address before placing your order.
Shipping Coverage & Claims
- All shipments are insured up to $100 by USPS or UPS.
- Orders over $100 are covered by ParcelGuard insurance.
- If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, you must file a claim directly with the shipper listed in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).
- Keep all packaging and damaged goods when filing a claim, as photos and original packaging may be required.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States due to delivery issues.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
