๐๐๐ฝ Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
๐๐๐ฝ If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.
๐๐๐ฝ We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).
