A: Each box is made to order in our Atlanta studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus your selected shipping time. During peak seasons like Mother’s Day and the holidays, processing may extend to 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: Is this gift box available for occasions other than Mother’s Day?

A: Absolutely. This box makes a beautiful gift for birthdays, new mom celebrations, thank-you moments, and everyday appreciation. Just note your occasion at checkout and we’ll adjust the card design and message accordingly.

Q: What if something arrives damaged?

A: We take great care packing every order. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Q: Is this a good last-minute Mother’s Day gift?

A: We recommend ordering as early as possible to allow time for personalization and shipping. Expedited processing and shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

👀👉🏽 Because each product we create is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

👀👉🏽 Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

👀👉🏽 If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.

👀👉🏽 We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).
