πππ½ We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).

Once personalized, the full gift box is final sale β this includes every item inside, whether that item itself is personalized or not.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed, so please double-check the address before you order.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received until the claim is complete β carriers require photographs for claims processing, so please do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods.
Damage claims require 7 photos: 2 of the shipping box exterior, 2 of the shipping box interior, and 3 of the actual damaged product from different angles. Once claim requirements are met, we replace the item with the exact same item. We do not offer refunds or discounts for damaged items.
All shipments are insured up to the full value of your payment through ParcelGuard. We ship primarily via UPS, and occasionally USPS or FedEx.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mailroom or front desk first β carriers often scan early or leave packages in a safe spot. Once tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, the order is considered received, and we cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address, your tracking will show where it was left. If that location is a real address, please retrieve it from there.
If a package is genuinely lost in transit and the carrier confirms it missing, contact us so we can file a ParcelGuard claim on your behalf. Claims require a final determination from the carrier, so resolution can take some time. Once the claim is approved, we will replace your gift box.
