• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
• If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We do not reimburse for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered orders.
• If your item was damaged in transit, send us photos of the item and packaging (including inside box shots) and we will replace it with the same item.
• If no gift message is included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included.
• We do not offer refunds or discounts for damaged items.
• By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies.

👀👉🏽 If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.
👀👉🏽 We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).
