A. You can personalize the couple’s first names, their future last name, and your gift message for the notecard.
Q. Can I choose the tumbler wording?
A. Yes. Choose “Bride & Groom,” “Mr & Mrs,” or “Wifey & Hubby” based on the options available on the product page.
Q. What color will the lettering be?
A. You can request Gold. Gold is used by default. If you want a different color, please email first before placing the order.
Q. Can you ship to multiple addresses in one order?
A. At this time, one order ships to one address. If you need multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders.
Q. How long does it take to make and ship?
A. Processing time varies by season and order volume. Please refer to the shipping/processing estimate shown at checkout for the most accurate timing.
Q. Can I order this for a different occasion (bridal shower, wedding, anniversary)?
A. Absolutely. This box works beautifully for bridal showers, weddings, anniversaries, and “just because” celebrations—tell us the occasion in your gift message if you’d like it to feel extra tailored.
Q. What if something arrives damaged?
A. Please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can help or replace quickly.
Q. I need it by a specific date—what should I do?
A. Purchase as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season. If you have a deadline, message us before ordering and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.

👀👉🏽 Because each product we create is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
👀👉🏽 Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
👀👉🏽 If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.
👀👉🏽 We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).

👀👉🏽 If your item was damaged in transit, please send us photos of the packaging (inside and outside) along with the damaged item, and we will replace it with the exact same item once the claim requirements are met.
👉🏽👀 PLEASE NOTE: If there is no gift message included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included in your gift box.
👀👉🏽 We do not give refunds or discounts for damaged items.
