- Double Walled Tumbler keep drinks hot or cold - and no condensation!
- Capacity - Holds up to 12oz
- Included with Our Tumblers are metal Straws and Lids. (push down lid)
Design is applied on the tumblers using a premium commercial quality outdoor vinyl. This is the same vinyl that is used on outdoor signs. Please hand wash only to extent the life of the product.

1. Select the item you want in the first drop down menu
*Please contact us to discuss design options or custom designs. Ex: Wedding ring image, heart, champagne bottle, etc.
2. Select the cup color, text color, and enter name for personalization.
*Cup color and text color options can be seen in photos.
***SHIPPING PRICE
When you add your items to your cart, you will see the total with shipping to your area and if you are eligible for a discount you will see it there also.

****IF WE DON'T GET THE INFO FOR THE TUMBLERS, WE WILL FOLLOW THE PICTURE TO MAKE YOUR ORDER.
**If you are ordering multiple items to different addresses, you MUST ORDER THEM IN SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS. One order per address.
Vinyl colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor or phone screen than they do in person because of brightness, monitor settings, etc. Colors available are White, Black, Rose Gold, Gold and Silver. If no color is specified in your order, we will use black or white lettering.
Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

SHOP POLICIES
Once personalized, the full gift box is final sale — this includes every item inside, whether that item itself is personalized or not.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed, so please double-check the address before you order.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received until the claim is complete — carriers require photographs for claims processing, so please do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods.
Damage claims require 7 photos: 2 of the shipping box exterior, 2 of the shipping box interior, and 3 of the actual damaged product from different angles. Once claim requirements are met, we replace the item with the exact same item. We do not offer refunds or discounts for damaged items.
All shipments are insured up to the full value of your payment through ParcelGuard. We ship primarily via UPS, and occasionally USPS or FedEx.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mailroom or front desk first — carriers often scan early or leave packages in a safe spot. Once tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, the order is considered received, and we cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address, your tracking will show where it was left. If that location is a real address, please retrieve it from there.
If a package is genuinely lost in transit and the carrier confirms it missing, contact us so we can file a ParcelGuard claim on your behalf. Claims require a final determination from the carrier, so resolution can take some time. Once the claim is approved, we will replace your gift box.
If you are having trouble filing your claim with any of the carriers or ParcelGuard, please feel free to contact us and we'll do what we can to help.
