Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and all packaging, including interior box photos.
Damaged items will be replaced with an exact duplicate; wording cannot be modified on replacements.
Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages are not our responsibility once in carrier hands — please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.
