For vinyl decal tumblers, names are applied using commercial-grade outdoor vinyl — avoid scrubbing directly over the name or design, and do not microwave or place in the dishwasher, as this will damage the vinyl and shorten the tumbler's lifespan. For engraved tumblers, the lettering is etched directly into the metal and won't wear off, but we still recommend hand washing to protect the finish.

Processing time is 5–7 business days, as every tumbler is made to order. Orders ship with tracking, and insurance is included for the full payment value. One order ships to one address only. Currently shipping within the U.S. only.

Q. Can I choose the text color and font? A. For vinyl decal tumblers, yes, both are customizable at checkout. Engraved tumblers show the natural metal underneath the lettering, so text color doesn't apply.

Q. What's the difference between vinyl and engraved personalization? A. Vinyl decal is a premium adhesive lettering available in your choice of color and font. Engraved lettering is etched directly into the metal for a permanent finish that won't wear off, though we still recommend hand washing.

Q. Is the straw included? A. A reusable metal straw is included as an option with your order.

Q. What if I forget to add the personalization details? A. We'll create your tumbler to match the listing photo if we don't receive your details.

Q. Can I microwave or dishwasher this tumbler? A. No — please hand wash only to protect the personalized vinyl name.

• Because each product we create is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

• We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered in transit — all shipments are insured, so please contact the carrier and us right away if this happens.
