Hand wash only — do not put in the dishwasher or microwave. Wash gently and avoid scrubbing directly over the lettering. Lettering is a premium vinyl decal applied by hand — not painted or engraved. With proper care, the finish maintains its quality long-term.

𝗔. Absolutely — contact us before ordering and we'll coordinate. Custom gift box bundles are available.

𝗤. What if I don't choose a font?
𝗔. We default to Adelia (#11), one of our most popular scripts.

𝗤. Will there be a greeting card included?
𝗔. A greeting card is included only if a gift message is added at checkout. No gift message, no card.

• All items are made to order and are final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and all packaging, including interior box photos.
• Damaged items will be replaced with an exact duplicate; wording cannot be modified on replacements.
• Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages are not our responsibility once in carrier hands — please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.
• All orders are insured through Parcel Post.
