- Name + initials exactly as you want them printed
- Double-check spelling — your design will be made exactly as entered

If personalization is missing, we’ll follow up to clarify. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we will cancel the order and refund your money.

- Vinyl is applied using premium commercial-grade adhesive vinyl
- Hand wash only for longest-lasting design
- Avoid scrubbing directly over vinyl lettering

- Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships
- Multiple items shipping to the same address may be combined whenever possible
Handling Time
All personalized items are handcrafted to order.
Standard Processing Time: 5–7 business days
(For large bridal-party or custom orders, additional time may be needed. If so, we’ll reach out right away.)

- Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order
- iPhones may autofill your personal address — confirm it hasn’t overwritten your intended destination
- One order = one address (place separate orders if shipping to multiple locations)
- In the rare event of carrier damage or mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

👀👉🏽 Because each product we create is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
👀👉🏽 Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
👀👉🏽 If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.
👀👉🏽 We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).

👀👉🏽 If your item was damaged in transit, please send us photos of the packaging (inside and outside) along with the damaged item, and we will replace it with the exact same item once the claim requirements are met.
👉🏽👀 PLEASE NOTE: If there is no gift message included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included in your gift box.
