This cancer care package is dedicated to my beloved friend who has lost the fight with Breast Cancer and Bone Cancer at the same time. Radiation and Chemo Treatments left her exhausted, depressed, in pain and achy all over. As a cancer survivor myself (this is Marina writing), I sympathize and wanted to do something to help, yet we were states apart... I do gifts, so my first thought was to put a cancer care gift box for women together, but it wasn't that easy. She didn't want pity. She needed moral support. She needed encouragement and the will to keep fighting. That's how the concept of this gift box came about. A cup for tea, a pair of inspirational socks to keep her feet warm during treatments, hand sanitizer and a few other little things to put a smile on her face and make her feel just a little better. Most importantly however, to let her know I was there with her (if not in body, in my soul), supporting her every step of the way. Thinking of her, day and night, and making it a priority to encourage her to keep on fighting. I will donate 5% off the sales price to Cancer Research from the sale of every Cancer Care Package for women.

>> IN THE CUSTOMIZATION AREA: Provide a name for personalization. Choose PINK, ROSE GOLD Matte or ROSE GOLD Shiny Vinyl for cup, and don't forget to add who it's from.
Vinyl colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor or phone screen than they do in person because of brightness, monitor settings, etc. If no color is specified in your order, we will choose for you.
**If you are ordering multiple items to different addresses, you MUST ORDER THEM IN SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS. One order per address.
Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

SHOP POLICIES
Once personalized, the full gift box is final sale — this includes every item inside, whether that item itself is personalized or not.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed, so please double-check the address before you order.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received until the claim is complete — carriers require photographs for claims processing, so please do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods.
Damage claims require 7 photos: 2 of the shipping box exterior, 2 of the shipping box interior, and 3 of the actual damaged product from different angles. Once claim requirements are met, we replace the item with the exact same item. We do not offer refunds or discounts for damaged items.
All shipments are insured up to the full value of your payment through ParcelGuard. We ship primarily via UPS, and occasionally USPS or FedEx.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mailroom or front desk first — carriers often scan early or leave packages in a safe spot. Once tracking confirms delivery to the correct address, the order is considered received, and we cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address, your tracking will show where it was left. If that location is a real address, please retrieve it from there.
If a package is genuinely lost in transit and the carrier confirms it missing, contact us so we can file a ParcelGuard claim on your behalf. Claims require a final determination from the carrier, so resolution can take some time. Once the claim is approved, we will replace your gift box.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is no gift message included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included in your gift box.
