Q. How long does it take to make my order?
A. Every box is made to order, and we take the time to make each one right. Pre-designed orders of up to four boxes are ready in 5–7 business days, and pre-designed orders of five or more boxes take 7–10 business days. Fully custom orders take 10 days to two weeks, and sometimes longer, since the timeline depends on how quickly design details are approved.

Q. How far ahead should I order?
A. After your order is made, it ships UPS Ground, which takes about 2 days to the East Coast and up to 5–7 days to the West Coast. For pre-designed boxes, ordering at least four weeks before you plan to ask gives you comfortable room. For fully custom boxes, we recommend reaching out six weeks ahead.

A. Every box arrives ready to give, and every order is insured through ParcelGuard. We currently ship within the United States only.
