When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.
👀👉🏽 We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).
