Please note that all names will be spelled out in lowercase letters, thanks!
โ ๏ธโ ๏ธ โ ๏ธDO NOT use a sponge over name. Names are made with professional premium grade adhesive outdoor vinyl (Not engraved or painted). Do not put in dishwasher. Not microwave safe.
Please gently hand wash avoiding the vinyl name, or graphic (for longevity of these).
๐๐ If you are ordering multiple boxes to different addresses, you MUST ORDER THEM IN SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS. One order per address.
Because each product we create has been custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must also keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods exactly as they were received. Carriers often require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete.
๐๐๐ฝ We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipper noted in your Item Shipped email (UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard).
